Terrible experience

“Terrible experience. I ordered this bed and ended up changing my mind about the purchase so I submitted a request to cancel it and contacted customer service. They said they would cancel it but instead they shipped the item and charged my card. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive the bed I received a locker. I contacted customer service 2 times to ask for a return slip and they said they’d email it to me. So far I have not received anything.”

“Parts were bent and missing. Contacted customer service but because it was past 72 hours. It was just delivered last week. So now I’m stuck with a bed that I can’t put together and out of my money.”
