Do not buy anything online!

“This order has been one issue after another. This was my first time purchasing online. I call and keep getting set to customer service which is outsourced to an Asian country and it’s so challenging to communicate and feel understood. I’m 9 months pregnant just moved and looking to have kids room set and it’s been extremely stressful. I gotta call back tomorrow because I have not received any email confirming bed will be replaced or by when. Which is the worse.”
