Assembly Issues/Poor Customer Service

“I ordered two of these nightstands for my bedroom. One was fine and the other came with a piece that did not have any of the holes needed to put together the piece. Frustrating. I called Ashley 3 times and was not able to connect with anyone as the customer service number only allows for a call back - and no one called me back. And maybe this is on me, but buying from a furniture company (rather than say Amazon) I thought 'assembly required' meant perhaps putting the legs on the nightstands. I didn't realize it was going to come in pieces and on me to full put the pieces together. Again, maybe I didn't read closely enough but in the future I won't be spending the extra money to buy from Ashley if it's up to me to have to put it all together.”

“I was delayed in completing assembly since the box had duplicate pieces and was missing two drawer pieces. I contacted the manufacturer, had received courteous assistance. The correct pieces were sent promptly. I am satisfied.”

So pretty and modern looking with very cool heavy-duty metal legs and large useable drawer and open cubby on bottom
