“The measurements are not accurate. The leg fell off the bottom and took the wood off with it . Customer service to get it returned started out good , but fedex would t take it without a box. I had to assemble this item and the box went in the trash.
I was told to put it in a box , if possible. FedEx came put it on a dolly, and attempted to put it on their truck and returned it to the porch saying they couldn’t take it without a box. Now it has scratches on it as well as a broken leg. And now customer service isn’t responding”

Solid dresser, pay attention to dimensions not the photos

“Seems to be of good quality, it was easy to build with the instructions. My only problem is from the pictures it looks larger than it actually is. I should have done a better job at looking at the dimensions.
Overall though I am satisfied with my purchase especially for the price.”

“Great price great dresser. Putting it together piece by piece 3 hour job; not so much. Id rather pay 150$ hv it delivered . All put together & you place where i want it. Making sense of your directions a minefield.
Go to ashley pick ur piece have it delivered. ThaT would b easier”

Installation is an absolute pain! Comes in 10s of pieces

“Installation is an absolute pain! Expect about 5 hours of work plus potential rework when things don’t line up. Every single piece even the gliders are disassembled and need to be put together. Quality is fine but you shouldn’t be expecting to build a dresser from scratch like that.”

Nice looking, QC needs to be better

“Bought 2 but only 1 was perfect. The metal slides on one of the drawers was at an incorrect length so it didn’t fully close. I contacted CS but the process to get a replacement drawer was too long so I opted for a refund which I got. I’ll have to figure out how to make it work or I’m going to have a dresser with a drawer that sticks out. The building process was easy and they look nice. CS is easy to deal with.”

expensive firewood

“Screws wouldn’t screw all the way in with 2 different power drills. Had to hammer them in so they would at least ALMOST be flush with the board. Legs broke off immediately once myself and another tried to place it right side up. Horrible quality.”
