“Came broken. The legs crew in and the internet screws into was too small. Scuff marks on the white areas. The drawers do not go in and out smoothly at all. There was a wooden beam inside that was completely detached when we pulled it from the box. Would never buy this brand again and probably think twice before trusting Ashley to sell quality products. IKEA products come together nicer than this. Quality at Ashley has gone down. The other legs that did screw in are visibly crooked. Poorly made.”

Cheap product and even worse customer service!

“TERRIBLE. I ordered 2 night stands, both arrived damaged in multiple locations. I contacted the company immediately (Monday morning) about the damage, asking for a refund or for new items to be sent. It is now late Friday, and I STILL haven't gotten an answer, as Ashley says the inquiry along with the photos I provided need to be reviewed by a product specialist. This is the worst customer service I've experienced, BUYER BEWARE! I will contact my credit card company to contest the charge if I don't get a resolution by the end of the day.”
