“Poor quality. Bed squeaks and is wobbly, no matter how much it’s tighten. Tried to return it and was told that you can only get a return within the first 72 hours. Very disappointed. Not great customer service and we spent over $5,000 on other furniture from Ashley’s. This was suppose to be for our guest room but will no longer be an option.”

“I was given the wrong bed called customer service they was rude and refused to let me speak to a supervisor and only sent me an email to send them pics of the wrong bed still waiting for someone to reply to that email it’s been days”

“I only received one box out of two needed to put the bed together. Dealing with customer service has been an ongoing nightmare. No one I speak with seems to understand that YES I received A package but it requires two to be built.”
