Gouged headboard of crib

“I just opened this box to assemble my granddaughters crib and there is a huge repaired looking gouge out of the headboard. I'm sure nothing will be done because I didn't open it until January 26 which was a week after I received it. Pretty bad for such a nice looking crib. Unless they somehow fix this I will never order from here again.”

Incorrectly Advertised

“This crib is beautiful in the online photos however Ashley Furniture has this crib advertised as a convertible crib which is incorrect. I’ve spoken w 2 corporate reps as well as a sales rep at a local store and the model numbers listed for the toddler conversion and full bed conversion don’t exist. Therefore the crib is falsely advertised and cannot be converted. Please note you’ll only be able to use as a crib and not a toddler or full bed as they mislead you into thinking.”

“Product was completely damaged and I can’t get a replacement because I’m out of the “3 day window.”
Put it together as soon as you get it so you aren’t stuck like me. The paint is damaged & looks horrible. Terrible experience for my first pregnancy.”
