Horrible to order from Ashely Furniture Store.

“Only gave one star as I had to. Not sure what this glider is like as I have tried to order it twice for a gift and the order keeps getting declined. I went to there online chat to see what is going on and after waiting over 30min to answer a bunch of questions I already answered I was told that I needed to call as they could not find my order. I gave them the order # I got after check out but I guess that was not helpful. I want to order this glider for my daughter's baby shower gift but I guess I will be ordering it through some other place as Ashley Furniture was not helpful. It shouldn't be this hard to order a gift and have it shipped to a different location. If they don't have this anymore then they should update the website. Super frustrating for sure as it looks like it would be nice and comfy. I guess I will try another furniture store and see if I can get this. This answers my question on buying furniture in the future from Ashley Furniture Store. At least I won't be ordering from them online.”

“It's great. Soft fabric. Comfortable chair. The only downside I see is that the arm rests are a bit low/short. Otherwise it was a great purchase.”

Have not received my chair

“I have not received my package from FedEx. Tracking information two days in a row showed it was at my local hub on the truck for delivery then I would get a text that said my chair was “delayed due to operational reasons.” I called them yesterday afternoon and they said they would deliver by 8 last night-then message, weather delay. No news today. I will change my review if I love the chair, if I ever receive it but FedEx should not be used to deliver for you in the future.”
