Shallow seat, aggressive recliner, poor customer service and returns

“This chair ended up being uncomfortable as the seat was vary shallow. Further, the reclining function is very loud and aggressive making it hard to use with a baby. For a product that can not be tried out in store I would not purchase this product. Especially because the return process says it is easy but we have been waiting for 15 days and called multiple times and no one has been able to help us.”
