The worse customer service!!!

“I ordered the bed since 02/10 and now, 02/28 it hasn’t delivered to my house yet!!!!!
On the website it guarantees to delivery in 3-5 days after purchasing. Ashley has the worse customer service. They help nothing!!! They don’t know where is my bed. Instead of solving my problem they tell me to call FedEx to find out where is the bed.”

Drawers are cheap plastic

“The description doesn't mention that the drawers are very flimsy plastic. Much flimsier than a plastic storage bin you would buy. It took a couple hours for 2 people to assemble and it looks fine from the outside, but I bought this bed for the storage, and the drawers are so flimsy I will have to be very careful with them if I want them to last.”
