“Product was received damaged, instructions with product said not to contact Ashley. After emailing requested pictures of damage and product info to DHP, I was told they were not in stock and to contact Ashley. Now I have guest coming and still have no bed. Very disappointed with this experience. Still have the damaged bed and waiting for Ashley to contact me so it can be picked up and refunded, but in the meanwhile I need a bed and have bought one from another company.”
