“We canceled our purchase. Found a better quality item at another store.
Also the sales person sour our experience (he slap my friend's hand away (instead of saying something) to stop him from ringing the silly bell that is the store has for sale purposes - who dose that to their customers). My family (who has totally lost our home, do to the fires) will NEVER shop instore or online at Ashely - I suggest you do the same - as there are many better alternatives to find what you need.”

“1 came in great shape the other was in poor condition missing hardware and instructions. Filled claim Saturday, it is Monday afternoon and I have not heard back from them like customer service said I would via email. Very disappointed. My last time shopping here.”

“Great bed! Easy to put together, though i had to google the instructions as it did not come with any. . Thought parts were missing but they were in a zipper on the back of the headboard. My son doesn't like high beds, so this is perfect.”

“Quite easy to put to put together although there was no instruction manual! Looked it up online. Box was opened on both when delivered. So, I think packaging could be a bit better. Pretty sturdy for being an inexpensive bed!”
