“Incredible value for the sale price. Shipping didn't take too long (considering it came from the other side of the country). Beautiful upholstery, sturdy frame. Slats do not move at all. No fugazi aluminum support beam; instead, there are two posts underneath to support the middle. I trust I won't have any issues with this frame.”

“At this time, I’m very displeased. I have tried calling the customer service being told this were not open yet the day and times keep changing. This is the wrong phone number. I have to submit my request online. I can’t talk to anyone. I attempted five times to submit that I am missing Hardware and all five times. The online form will not go through and be accepted because it tells me I have an ID wrong, which I have verified numerous of times. I’m not sure what you folks can do to help me, but I am not happy. I have a bed that I cannot put together.”
