The worst customer service ever!

“The item i received was not what was shown in the picture on the website. It was a dark forest green, not teal. I called and emailed with two people about returning the item and they asked me to send pictures which I did and never heard another word. They said I would have to mail it back. That's ludicrous!! Why can't I just return something I don't want without jumping through numerous hoops! I'll never shop at Ashley again!”

Sturdy and attractive, but flaws are possible.

“The color is darker than it appears in the picture. The main problem I had was first that the first one had several flaws in the paint so they had to send me a new one. The second one also had flaws worse than the first. They sent me a third one and It only has one small flaw. It is very attractive and sturdy however. If you can get one without flaws, you will love it! Customer service was responsive to my situation and promptly corrected the issue twice by sending me an entire new nightstand.”

“I was expecting it to be more weathered in look, it came with a very dark color and the wood looked scored. As far as Ashley goes, I attempted to apply the $50 discount to the complete order but it wouldn't add it to reduce the price.”
