“We purchased this headboard and footboard and had trouble finding a queen frame the would fit the bolt space ing on the footboard. After MUCH trial and error and consulting Ashley and Crosley who were NO help we discovered that the Glideaway BB34 frame did the trick. It also has adjustable legs. It was most expensive on Amazon so check other vendors. One word of caution…it is very long. No idea why it has 4 extra inches. Not great for my tiny room. Overall I love the look of this refined bed. Crosley please sell this with a frame to help people out.”

“I was told in the store to order it online. I didn't realize what I was ordering was only the head and food rails. I can't find the bed frame it goes with and couldn't get customer service on the phone to figure it out”

A bed with no bedframe and wrong size

“I will start out by saying the customer service by Ashley is excellent! The Crosley Head and Footboard is misleading. I ordered a Queen size and what came was a small box that said Queen on the outside, but when you take the package out it is NOT a queen. The size is somewhat bigger than a full but not a queen! The bed does not come with a bed frame either. How are you supposed to enjoy your new bed? Another review said she had a hard time finding one that would fit, let alone wanting a queen size bed. The head and food board is solid and pretty, though. I had to return to Ashley (no return issue)”

“The style is nice but note that it’s a full/queen and not a full size bed head and foot. The rail support also doesn’t come with the head and foot. (It’s also difficult to find a match for them).
It’s also difficult to return the item to Ashley. I am told now that I have to pay for the shipping to return the product to Kansas. I would have never purchased knowing this.”

“I love this headboard and footboard! This has been my favorite Ashley purchase so far. They are very well made and work with so many decor styles. Be aware that you will need to purchase the side rails separately, but they are not very expensive.”

“It’s such a cute bed, but it’s a pain to set up. The frame recommended doesn’t fit so I had to order extensions for them. And there wasn’t screws for the foot board. Even though I love the bed. It’s such a head ache to try to set up. I would of never bought it if I knew setting it up was going to be such a head ache.”

“This bed has been a nightmare since I got it. I ordered the rails from Ashley that said “recommended with your purchase”, assuming they would work with this bed. Nope. I’m now on rail set number 3 because this bed is so hard to find rails for. The set I have now, the foot of the bed is an inch lower than the head, which is the best of the 3 I’ve tried. The ones from Ashley didn’t have a footboard attachment…??? I would 100% recommend not buying this bed. Just get one that already comes with rails. Terrible experience.”
