“Great headboard. Very sturdy. Had no problem using the included plates and attaching it to my existing full bedframe. I put it together myself and it was fine, although it would be easier with 2 people. Highly recommend.”

“While I love this king headboard itself, it's 2" too wide to fit on our king size bed frame. My husband had to order special steel plates and 3" screws just to attach the headboard to the frame! Measure before you buy!”

“Nice look for the price, but the King headboard we received has a defect in one vertical bar. Was easy to install and as we stood back to admire it, that is when we notice the crooked bar. I called Ashley and a very nice lady is helping us with the process of retuning the headboard to the vendor. We are disappointed. We hope to hear from Ashley soon about our return. Because this item is so big I would advise anyone to inspect the headboard, after unpacking, by leaning it against a wall and standing back to get a good look at before attaching to bed frame.”

“I liked the look of the headboard but it did not fit our bedframe. (It was a standard king bed frame.) Based on where the holes were located, it did not allow the legs of the headboard to reach the floor once attached to our bedframe. Consequently, the headboard was very wobbly and would not withstand any pressure. I returned the headboard. If you are using it on a bed that is used infrequently, it may be ok. I would not recommend on a bed you use frequently.”

Very happy with easy assembly.
Unfortunately there is a problem with attaching head board to the bed frame. Consider reviewing situation with bed frame company to determine options to join the two items.
I would recommend but with a cautionary comment about the attachment issue.”
