Love the bed, unhappy with the service

“I would have given this purchase 5 stars however, I have had nothing but issues since after ordering. I had a scheduled delivery date and it was delayed 3 days. I had to sleep on the floor on a mattress waiting for the bed to come in and I am 7 months pregnant! Once it came, the bed had incorrect pieces for the drawers and had to contact customers service for them to tell me that parts are through a 3rd party vendor. I waited days until I contacted again and said I need the replacements right away. The replacements took a week to get to me. Once the replacements arrived, one of the replacement pieces was damaged! I love the look of the bed but the customer service was terrible.”

“It’s a good looking bed, a little shorter than we anticipated. The assembly was pretty straightforward, I suggest having 2 people put it together. When we received the package, it was very messy and the white foam was all over the place and very hard to clean up because they literally stick to everything. Aside from that, it’s pretty decent.”

“We just finally opened the box and it is missing some assembly pieces and the roller on the drawer is broken. So we cannot put the bed together. Not what I expected from Ashley.”
