Bad purchase

“Worst directions!!! No written instructions… just pictures that are not clear. Very hard to put together. Two corner pieces were slightly damaged…cracked. Need brown touch up paint to fix. Would not buy anymore online since it does not provide help with putting together. I bought furniture from the store and they would not include this with my purchase but are charging me $500 to put together the other items I bought…they should include all purchases since same store.”

Good wood frame

“Love this frame. My only complaint is that nowhere does it state the max weight capacity. I guess it's at least 800 lbs. I had another frame that broke with about 400 lbs of weight. You would think under specs it would state that. Bright side is that it's real wood and not fake wood. So stronger build. Not too tall with 14 to 16 inch mattress on it. Labrador easily jumps on it for bedtime.”

“The bed itself seems sturdy once built, but the assembly instructions are poor quality. Also, there were no pre-drilled holes or demarcations on the wooden frame to help with placement of the 30+ wood screws. An electric drill with Phillips head attachment is required (though that's not clear in the instructions) and there's some guesswork involved.”
