“One of the pieces was incorrect so I have been unable to assemble the stool. I have been waiting 1 week to hear back from the manufacturer about a replacement part.
Would like to cancel this order and get my money refunded.”

“This stool went together easily and fits my needs perfectly as access to a very tall antique bed. The parts were nicely finished, and I liked the idea of rubberwood as a material sustainably sourced. However the factory packed package of fluted dowels that said 18 (indeed 18 were called for in the assembly) only contained 16. I decided to go with the 16 just reinforcing corner to corner one of the steps.”
