This Armoire is junk!! Does not qualify as a piece of furniture!

“Received unit today, via FEDEX. Shipping box looked like it was tossed around a lot. Open packaging and most of the Styrofoam was in pieces. To unpack this from factory shipping packaging you cannot salvage packaging if a return is required. Simply not possible. Get unit out of packaging. Place on floor (floor is hardwood and flat as glass. Unit rocks like a rocking chair. Legs not even close to level, and are nonadjustable. While looking at legs I can see that laminate attached to wood leg was assembled terribly, and separating. Not a shipping issue a cheap piece of junk issue. Finally, and this is the best. All of the drawers have dividers in them. If you pull out any of the drawers to retrieve what is in the rear divider. LOOK OUT. Drawer hangs by at least 75%. If you pull out the drawer, and do not continue to hold drawer handle, everything on floor. There are no drawer guides that prevent drawer just falling down in front. PIECE OF JUNK!!”

“Just what I wanted. I picked up a bedroom set that is Mission Style and ordered this to go with it. The coloring is very close and as it doesn’t sit side by side, therefore it looks the same. The fact the hardware on the jewelry chest was the same as my furniture was a huge selling point for me. The jewelry drawers are nice black felt. The divider ones are very roomy. The drawers are not on tracks so they can very slightly move to one side or the other but easily can line up if you are OCD. I did my research and got exactly what I was expecting. It’s sturdy and I assembled it easily in no time.”

Nice piece but not well built

“It is a beautiful piece and has all the storage I wanted. However the doors on the sides were not installed properly and don’t close and open very easily. I’m considering adding a knob handle to them just so I don’t have to struggle so much to get them or get them to stay closed. Considering the cost, I expected perfection but didn’t quite get there.”

“The packing box was broke in several places. Opened it in front of Fedex driver. Side of armoire was caved in. I refused delivery and am awaiting shipment of a new one. Quality control on packaging is something that needs addressed”

“I received the product I ordered in a timely manner, however when I opened the box it was very obvious that someone had previously purchased this item & returned it, some of the foam packing material were missing & the foam that was in the box was all broken. The decorative wood pieces that I was to install under the lid had also been installed & the broken off & some of the wood veneer on the legs were chipped off due to the way it was shipped without the proper foam packing materials. The instruction sheet were all crumpled up also. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase & was too frustrated to try to send it back & was also worried that the replacement one I would have received may have came in worse shape than this one. I took it to a local cabinet shop to have the repairs made to make it right for $140.00. Its pretty sad to think that I had to pay to have this repaired since it was brand new.”
