Great toddler bed

“My toddler loves her new bed. Her dad and I put it together in probably an hour. The weight capacity is only 170# which is why I deducted 1 star. I was hoping to be able to lay with her at times. The height is great bc it's low enough to tuck her in and high enough to store things. The rail goes all the way around so she won't fall out.”

“I ordered this bed not realizing the online return policy is pretty crappy & the bed was not tall enough to fit our shelf underneath like I hoped! Was told by customer service I could not return to store and would have to pay to ship to Nebraska... I seriously debated making a road trip to the warehouse, as the gas would be cheaper than shipping furniture back on my own.
I was very irritated at that policy, and reached out to see if there were any other solves. I can very happily say that customer service was actually very helpful (that never happens!) and helped me figure out a way to return without a headache ordeal. Shoutout to Krish Pinili | Customer Experience, you saved your company a future customer who will gladly shop again (just not online). Thank you!”
