“Good size, with fun play cave space beneath! Easy to assemble but wish there were more slats to support the mattress more broadly; this few slats can damage a mattress and we may need to add a thin pressboard/MDF layer to distribute the weight. Kiddo finds the steps uncomfortable to climb but has found a workaround with a sturdy wood box nearby as a step up.”

“I’ve had this bed since mid January, approximately 3 months now. The quality is very cheap. We put it together within 2-3 hours. If you care for aesthetic, this is NOT the bed for you, it is a pain to make up! I understand the mattress must be tight for safety reasons. I will admit, our 4 year old still sleeps with us and I was hoping the under bed fort would encourage her to be on her own. She has hardly slept there and yet the board have shifted and cracked. I bought the protection plan, let’s see how that goes!”

White is actually off-white yellow, looks awful.

“The white version is yellowish color - does not look like the photos on <a href="http://ashleyfurniture.com" target="_blank">ashleyfurniture.com</a> at all - I checked the manufacturer's website and their photos show it looking much more yellow. Very deceiving and we returned it. Customer service was very poor, they disconnected online online without assisting twice, then when I called, they said it would be 3-5 business days for a response, after waiting that long without response, I ended up calling them back. Found out the claims team looked at it, found that the original agent didn't get enough detail from us to process claim, so they did nothing at all. Very frustrated, awful experience, especially because we thought we were buying direct from Ashley and it turned out to be a third party (even though it doesn't show that on the listing).”
