“I have not received it. The label was created but they still have not taken it to FedEx to be delivered. Every time I chat with the agents, I somehow get “disconnected”.”

“Very sturdy product! Easy to put together. However, there were a few scratches/damaged paint on the frame (minimal). I would purchase again.”

Very sturdy loft bed.

“I ordered 2 of these loft beds for my 8 & 10 year olds. One piece was broken in the box, customer service was able to replace it and I am very happy with the product and the customer service. It’s very sturdy. I would recommend it.”

“Cancelled the order via chat last week due to incorrect color being purchased. You delivered it anyway and it’s the completely the wrong item. Been back and forth with your call center and am waiting on a return to be processed.”
