Defective Item!!

“Not the same chestnut as other Davinci products even though Davinci confirmed it should be. There’s also a large gap in between two drawers. They wouldn’t offer me a refund only a replacement (told me I need to take the defective one to a non profit donation place and send them a slip) so now I have to assemble the dresser AGAIN because they don’t offer assembly which was a huge pain and I have to figure out how I’m going to get the defective dresser to the donation store to provide them proof. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be ordering from Ashley again.”
