“The bed frame arrived missing the threading where one of the bolts should insert. Poor manufacturing on their part. When I contacted customer service to explain how it was missing the part, they took several days to reply back just to tell me it was past the warranty date and they can’t help me. I had ordered this during a sale before I moved, so admittedly, yes it was past the warranty date. I truly don’t think they understood what the issue was, but not much was done to help me come up with a solution. The rest of the bed frame is honestly cheap material, not worth it. I would shop somewhere else if I were you. Save your money for something better!”
