Terrible Service and Refund Delays Never Shopping Here Again

“I bought it here, but they sent me someone else’s return. I’ve been trying to contact their customer service for a refund, but they keep telling me to wait 24–72 hours for a reply. I’ve already been waiting for a week. They just keep pushing me around and delaying things. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise everyone not to buy furniture from this place in the future.”

Great Bed but delivery was a nightmare.

“The first delivery was missing the hardware and slat supports so it could not be assembled. Dealing with customer service was confusing as several order for the same parts were placed. The missing parts did arrive 3 days later and assembly was completed. However, we continued to received multiple texts, emails, and call trying to deliver and/or exchange more parts. After a dozen calls, the message was finally received that we did not want anything else delivered. Not sure I would ever order anything from Ashly online again. Dealing with multiple call centers was a challenge to say the least. In the end, the bed looks fantastic but it was a very stressful experience.”
