“I ordered this mirror over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I have spent over 120 minutes on hold, I have called 4 times and even called the corporate office. They first said that the dresser doesn't come with a mirror and that I didn't order one. After another phone call, they finally admitted that I ordered a mirror and opened a case that went no where. I called again and they opened another case that went no where. No one can tell me if or when I will ever receive the mirror. I wanted to just cancel it, but they weren't sure when or how I would be refunded. What a mess. Stay away from Ashley furniture.”

Mirror Nice, But Have White Paint on Hand.

“The mirror itself is pretty and it's sturdy. But, the wooden braces look horrible. It is so cheaply painted with the thinnest coat of white paint that you see the wood coming through. I can't believe they charge $200.00 for this mirror and then they skimped on a 2nd coat of paint. Ashley really cut corners here trying to save a buck and the trouble is you see the wooden mirror support. You have to paint them white yourself to cover up the cheapness. It's really a shame quality has gone down hill.”
