“It's a very nice dresser, and much bigger than I expected. I bought it to replace a storage bench I had filled up with office supplies and a bunch of other stuff. I grew tired of digging out everything to get to one thing, and wanted to get more organized. Surprisingly, I filled up the dresser pretty quickly, so that little storage bench held a ton. Either way, it was a little more than I wanted to spend, but was worth it to not have to "build" the dresser. The website says the assembly is only putting the legs on it, and that is all the delivery guys had to do. I paid extra for the assembly, so not sure it was worth it if only the legs needs to be installed. However, its a very heavy piece of furniture as well, so it was nice not having to deal with that.”

“Horrible customer service. Dresser came with crooked bottom drawer. I have to wait a week for someone to come out and take a look at it. Couldn't speak to a manager. Found out I paid for assembly but this furniture already came assembled. The quality is good, but I don't think I would purchase from Ashley again. Obviously, they do not care about their customers.”

“We bought set from Ashley 8 years ago. This dresser quality was not as good. One drawer inside had all marks in it. We decided not to complain since our clothes will cover it. In front of dresser bottom left drawer has a small crack in the wood. We again decided not to complain but tried filling it in with wood filler putty. We didn’t notice any of these two things til after delivery men left. The delivery men were very good at delivering our set. Very careful and responsible men who took pride in their job!!”

“I ordered the dresser and the mirror over 3 weeks ago. The dresser was damaged. They sent someone to fix it but it looks the same. I still have not received the mirror. I have spent over 120 minutes on hold during 4 different phone calls. They were sure at first that I didn't even order a mirror, but they eventually realized that I did. No one can tell me if or when I will receive the mirror for the dresser. I wanted to just cancel it, but they couldn't tell me when I would receive a refund. I even called the corporate office to escalate the issue, but still nothing. Stay away from Ashley furniture.”

“Pretty pleased with this dresser and mirror set overall. Ordering was easy, and the delivery team were professional and efficient. Appreciate the top drawers being lined, though they are very shallow. The top of the dresser gets marked extremely easily from just about anything that's set on top of it due to the paint/finish, so I am pretty consistently having to clean it up, but they buff out pretty easily with disinfecting wipes. Hopefully this will hold up to long-term usage for the price paid. Looks great in the room.”

“The dresser itself is beautiful. It’s heavy and appears to be well made. I’m very happy with it, however, what I don’t like is the drawers don’t close all the way without pushing them in manually a second time. I know they are not soft close, but you push the drawer until you feel it stop, and then you have to push it further to close the door or it won’t be closed all the way. Very strange.”
