Over priced poor quality

“Not sure how they justify the price if their furniture? Cheap quality construction. What happened to craftsmanship? There's sporadic gaps in the trim, the miters in the trim are open and look cheap. Cheap flimsy drawers, not dovetailed anymore, they're put together with small metal hinges and lock together with cheap little metal & plastics cam locks. The finish looks nice and that's why people think it's good quality furniture. Same thing with a dinning set we just purchased from Ashley as well. This furniture is put together in a cheap foreign factory. This set couldn't cost them more than a couple hundred dollars (if that) to make. I think they just inflate the price because of their name. I've been in construction and a carpenter for 25 years, not impressed at all. Like most everything now days, you pay more for cheaper stuff. I gave it 3 stars cause it looks nice and my wife likes it.”

Terrible Service and Refund Delays Never Shopping Here Again

“I bought it here, but they sent me someone else’s return. I’ve been trying to contact their customer service for a refund, but they keep telling me to wait 24–72 hours for a reply. I’ve already been waiting for a week. They just keep pushing me around and delaying things. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise everyone not to buy furniture from this place in the future.”
