“The product arrived damaged with numerous air bubbles and splintering wood. There was also a drawer missing and the handle on one of the drawers on the headboard was placed on the inside of the drawer. I'm waiting for a replacement headboard and within 7-10 business days I should be receiving the missing drawer, at which time a technician will have to be scheduled to install it. In the meantime my son will have to sleep on a mattress placed on the floor. This has been a terrible experience.”

“I would have given this 5 stars, but weirdly, the bed "platforms" is a lot of 1x2's with nothing to hide them from view after the mattress is set on top. We had to use the box spring until we could get some thin sheets of board to support the mattress (it's a Purple mattress and would have been cut into by the 1x2's). Also without the thin sheets of board, you can drop items down into the drawers through the 1x2's. Odd. But we love the style and look.”

“If you are considering this bed. Go for it. The quality is great. It is a nice shade of gray. So much space in the deep drawers on each side. There are 4 more at the foot and two smaller ones at the head. This is perfect for using space around the bed and not being tempted to slide so many things under your bed. This bed is high up. You don't have to use a box spring on this one. It is worth the price as well. I am really happy with my purchase.”

“Nice bed. Instructions and parts do not match. All of the drawer rails are in backwards too, so you have to unscrew and reverse the parts, so the drawers slide in. It took three family members, two with construction background and one handy man. You have to figure out a lot as the instructions are just a general guide. The design is pretty, but darker than the picture. Also, packing beads exploded in the box and were embedded in the wood, so that was fun.”

“The slats of the bed were already had cracks in them before even putting the bed together. We had to go buy a piece of wood to put on top so they wouldn’t tear my mattress up. It’s a beautiful piece but gets damaged very easily.”

“Ordered the queen sized, however, have space on the sides and at the top of the bed using a queen sized mattress. At 6'2, 250 lbs the bed is sturdy and takes a couples of weeks for it to settle. Plenty of storage, the drawers have lots of room in it, headboard storage very convenient. It took my nephew and I a couple of hours to build. Just like any other furniture that requires building, you have to read ahead of the instructions to see if you need to modify the steps. All the pieces fit and sat well and the drawers already came built - at least for me it did. Luckily no damages, pretty well packed. Looking at the getting the matching dresser and nightstand.”

“Love this bed! It’s bigger than I thought, but that works for me. So much storage space, I’m still figuring out how to use it all. It did have a decent chemical-y smell (like a fresh out of the box smell) for a couple weeks, but keeping the windows and drawers open for a couple days helped.
All in all, I’m very happy with the purchase!”
