Love the bed but build it yourself.

“Bed is amazing. Their white glove team was horrendous. They put it together wrong. A week into sleeping on it my $4000 mattress fell when the slats let go. Upon inspection they had put the slats in backwards and didn’t screw them in. They took the hardware with them apparently. I had to fix the whole thing myself with 3 trips to depot. Love the bed. Their service people are terrible.”
