Broke after I paid for their assembly and they fixed it after 6 weeks only to break again

“Bought bed with Ashley’s assembly. It was wrongly assembled and broke underneath. Nightmare to get replacement pieces and service (had 2 piles of books holding the bed for six weeks. Now it broke again. I just don’t have the energy to spend hours on the phone and go through the maze of their customer support only to hear again they won’t replace the bed and take no responsibility for it, but can send me parts and a service if I wait for months. DONT BUY”

“Received this bed in a HUGE BOX so be aware if you plan to set this baby up yourself! While it is possible to do it on your own--I did--it is probably wise to have another person help lift and move this bed frame around.
The yellow color is fantastic, very happy with it. The quality of the fabric used is very nice. The metal brackets connecting the sides to the headboard is a bit tricky, it could have been tricky as it was just me setting this up. Be aware that the wood brace for the metal slats needs to be properly oriented so the bolt can actually be tightened--check the orientation!
Very happy with this purchase. The color brightens up my bedroom and brings a smile to my face.”

“Bed collapsed twice in less than a year. We bought it fall of 2024 and it has already broken twice. The board underneath broke and the sides that connect the headboard to the sides broke. Screws were terrible quality”

“Just love this bed for my guest bedroom! The color is awesome and the fabric on the bed seems like it will last a very long time. We bought a floor model. My husband is very much a let's make it better kind of guy and made some extra supports just in case. Plus added some plywood on the wood slats to support our bed in a box we purchased to go on the bed. I think it's nice to have the extra support and piece of mind for our guests. Some pics included because I find it helpful for me when others post pics of the products and how they choose to decorate, etc.”

“Bed is pretty. The technician set it up incorrectly. I have loose ties and boards under bef that they left and 1 board is damaged used. Reported that black material torn and they shrugged. Reported to Ashley claim and still pending tech to home for correct board and tie placement. Substandard service for white glove delivery and setup.”
