“This purchase was made online. The item arrived damaged, call it in to request an exchange. The customer service is horrible, the worst there can be. First, they offered to exchange only if the item was on the original shipping box, which it was. It was just taken out to take the pictures they required for further verification of damage and then an approval. Then, they proceed to offer just a 10% discount. I wanted to exchange it because the damage was visible and cosmetic. Following was an offer to drop it off at Goodwill, get a letter of donation in good faith, email Ashley the letter and then be able to get a refund. At this point, it just didn’t make sense; I bought online and they prefer for me to go and donate instead of just exchanging it. At that point, I accepted the discount, but the representative declined saying she was already processing the FedEx request for pick up. When I told her to cancel it and she just declined the whole request leaving me with the item and no answe”

“My Trinell Nightstand was delivered as promised and looks nice in my bedroom. It's not constructed of solid hardwoods, but is sturdy enough, and with a little care, should last me a long time.
I have order other items from Ashley and am always told the items would be delivered by Ashley Furniture however, every order so far has been delivered by a third party trucking company or FedEx. It's not a problem as long as my order is received in good condition.”

We opted not to drill them into the nightstands and used tape instead, but we love them!”

Wish our room was big enough to have gotten the whole set, but what we did get looks really good. We would recommend this bedroom set. It makes a country bedroom inviting. Only thing I was disappointed with is drawers aren’t deep enough.”

I am rating the poor delivery service. I live in an upstairs apartment. The delivery driver left the nightstand on the ground at the bottom of the stairs, exposed to the elements. I went outside and toted the box up the stairs by myself. I guess the delivery driver was having a bad day? I would have gladly helped him/her bring it up the stairs if they had knocked 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️”

“Without a doubt I love the pieces of this collection. But I will never shop Ashley again. I had so much trouble getting the furniture, especially the nightstand. For over a month I kept getting told it will be in the warehouse for delivery this Friday. Except it wasn’t. It was supposed to be delivered this past Wednesday but I was told that it wasn’t in the warehouse and probably would be another month. So I called the store manager yet again. This time he called another store and they had one in stock and they delivered it. However it was a charging nightstand that had no charging unit. Ashley screwed me to the end.”
