“The product looks fine but the customer service is terrible. The bed came with none of the assembly hardware and they refuse to send it. I’ve been communicating with them for over a week with no resolve. Extremely frustrating and so far, a waste of $700.”

“I received the bed about a week after order with a damaged headboard and footboard and no hardware to put the bed together. I was sent a replacement headboard, footboard, and “hardware kit” 2 weeks later. The hardware set consisted of 2 1/4” screws and an Allen wrench. The tomorrow will be a month since I ordered this bed and I still don’t have everything to put the bed together, it is in pieces in my dining room as I sleep on the floor in my bedroom. I have had to call and speak with customer service about 8 times now this month and a majority were condescending and rude. One even told me he can guarantee my hardware would be here when my headboard and footboard were delivered and I asked him what happens if it’s not to which he responded “I can’t predict the future ma’am!!” Very snarky and very rudely!! I will never order a piece of furniture from y’all again and this is your last chance to fix this before I call and say come take this bed back now so I can order it elsewhere!!!”
