“Received the bed with no instructions or hardware to put together. I have reached out multiple times attempting to get the missing items sent and still have not received. Unable to put together or use the bed we desperately need. Ordered in November and it’s now February. Would not recommend Ashley Furniture. Would love to share a picture for the review but it would just be of the bed pieces.”

Love this Bed!

“We got this bed a week ago for our youngest and I love the look of the bed. The only thing I wasnt happy about was looking at this bed on display it had the roll out slats so we assumed it came with them. But instead we needed to purchase them and they were not reasonably priced!”

“I bought two of these twin beds and they are working out great! My two boys share a room and they fit perfect! They are the perfect size! I love the rustic look and they are very sturdy. The only thing I would suggest is putting a bumper on the sharp corners. I have hit my leg on it a couple times but the bumpers solved the problem. This was a great buy and I am very pleased with the quality. When I ordered the beds they came a few days later and they were easy to put together.”

“Horrible experience with Ashley. After waiting 6 weeks for our bed to be delivered, which was fine I was aware it could take up to six weeks, but when we actually had our delivery they sent the completely wrong railing to set up the bed. Delivery driver leaves and tells me he doesn’t know when they’ll be able to bring the right ones. So, I call customer service immediately and they tell me “I’m going to be completely transparent with you, the distribution center has to locate your railings first before they can set up a new delivery and I don’t know how long that will take” I wait 3 more days and call them back asking to just cancel my order, but magically they’ve now found my railings. Another whole week later and it gets delivered, but the driver tells me “oh you’re going to be real mad, they didn’t send the slats. Now for the quality of the beds, sure it was only $399 each, but I wouldn’t pay $200 for these. My very last purchase ever with Ashley Furniture.”
