“Received the bed with no instructions or hardware to put together. I have reached out multiple times attempting to get the missing items sent and still have not received. Unable to put together or use the bed we desperately need. Ordered in November and it’s now February. Would not recommend Ashley Furniture. Would love to share a picture for the review but it would just be of the bed pieces.”

“East to assemble. Side boards are a bit short so mattress slides a bit. Shelves are very nice.”

Love it, but…

“The bed was very simple to put together and looks great. My only complaint is that they state to put the support bars for the mattress 19” apart if you aren’t doing a box spring. I did this with the 3 support bars provided and my son’s mattress sagged down at the head and foot of the bed each night. We had to add wooden supports to keep it in place.”
