Would not recommend buying from Ashley

“As far as quality, it’s ok, for the price I was expecting better. That aside, the dresser was delivered completely assembled. It arrived damaged, the top corner was smashed on something. One of the drawers was installed incorrectly so it’s lopsided. Messaged Ashley, didn’t get a call or an email, three weeks later they send me the top part of the dresser with no instructions on how to replace it (remember it arrived fully assembled so no assembly instructions were included). So I removed the screws that looked like they were connected to the top, guess what? It’s also glued, no way to get it off. I also ordered two twin beds along with this dresser, one arrived damaged and with no hardware for the rails. Still haven’t heard anything from Ashley on the bed. I’ll leave a separate review for that. On top of all this it took a whole month to receive the order in the first place. This was my first time ordering from Ashley where furniture arrived assembled, terrible job and terrible customer service. What a nightmare, will not be buying from them again.”
