“I actually love it thank you so much everything was perfect but I didn’t notice on the other furniture there was a chip on it on the left-hand corner on the bottom but other than that everything is fine even the one with the chip it was the larger version of that furniture but thank you so much for the delivery and I believe the chip was there I don’t think your people did that it came like that”

“I know these aren't Aire loom pieces, but this chest feels really cheap, not only that but when the dresser if full, and you open the drawer the chest tips forward, this doesn't happen on hard floor only carpet.”

“Ashley's did a wonderful job with my furniture. The showroom was great, I bought a bedroom set and had threshold delivery, one chest of drawers was damaged but a phone call made and they had a new one out and took the old one within a FEW DAYS!

“Mirror came without the hardware necessary to mount on dresser. Costumer service sent the wrong hardware and refused to acknowledge mistake. Ended up going to the hardware store and figuring it out myself. The whole back and forth took weeks.

Apparently, you have to wait 72 business hours before anyone will get back with you when they delivered damaged items. I was hoping they would be better about fixing this and expedite a replacement. Very disappointed in the service I received.”
