Damaged Twice, Ignored After Promises

“Extremely disappointed with this experience. My furniture arrived damaged not once, but twice. It wasn’t until the third delivery that I finally received the correct, undamaged item. I was assured I’d receive compensation for the inconvenience, but no one has followed up. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.”
