Will not buy from Ashley again

“Missing part. We took my son’s crib apart and he was so excited to be getting a big boy bed. Well the bed could not be put together because one of the legs for the headboard was missing. Customer service was no help with the first representative. We spent over an Hour dealing with him and zero solution. The second one helped but we have no idea when the part will be in. Very disappointing.”
