Product quality has gone down

“I bought my bedroom set from Ashley’s 6 years ago and been in love with it so when I saw the cayboni bedroom set at the NEX I bought it right away. When I got my order after 4 weeks of waiting for special order for the king size bed frame, I was very disappointed in the quality. The engineered wood has cracks and started splitting already on the head and footboard. Moreover, the handles on these are plastic and makes the set look very cheap. Ashley’s quality has gone down.”
