“These nightstands could work well enough for a kids room or college student. It’s a pretty cheap product however. We’re good at assembly but even still the drawers don’t slide smoothly, sort of clunky.”

“It looks fine in the room however I ordered the chest of drawers to match it and it’s STILL not here yet. The order got dropped because of some address problem however it had not delayed the nightstand. This makes no sense. I’ve got to wait two more weeks to get the chest of drawers. I will never order from Ashley again.”

Looks Good, But Not Worth the Hassle

“The night stand itself looks great, but unfortunately the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The delivery was supposed to include full assembly under the “No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly” service (clearly listed on my order confirmation), but only part of the dresser was assembled. The rest was left in boxes, and the delivery crew just said they “couldn’t assemble it” without offering much of an explanation—they dropped everything off and left.
To make matters worse, getting someone on the phone for help was a hassle in itself—automated systems, 30+ minute hold times, and being transferred multiple times across three different calls before reaching someone who could actually assist.
This isn’t the experience I expected when paying for a premium service. Still waiting for resolution and a refund of the delivery fee.”
