Looks Good, But Not Worth the Hassle

“The bed itself looks great, but unfortunately the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The delivery was supposed to include full assembly under the “No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly” service (clearly listed on my order confirmation), but only part of the dresser was assembled. The rest was left in boxes, and the delivery crew just said they “couldn’t assemble it” without offering much of an explanation—they dropped everything off and left.
To make matters worse, getting someone on the phone for help was a hassle in itself—automated systems, 30+ minute hold times, and being transferred multiple times across three different calls before reaching someone who could actually assist.
This isn’t the experience I expected when paying for a premium service. Still waiting for resolution and a refund of the delivery fee.”

“Ordered online but arrived with broken edge in one rail and paint scratches in footboard. But Ashley customer service is kind enough to send a replacement item. Overall the product is good for its price point. We bought this for our teenage daughter and she loved it.”

“Terrible customer service! I’m still waiting on my refund for my order that I canceled. It is almost impossible to call and talk to a supervisor. The call center is located in a different country and they are very unhelpful and just talk you in circles.”
