“Dresser is beautiful. Delivery date was pushed back so the representative informed me they will set up dresser for free. The delivery man didn’t make it until 9:00 and refused to put the dresser together. He placed it inside my door and left. Ashley has lost a customer. My last purchase cracked 9 months after purchasing it and yall refused to repair or replace the piece. After this terrible customer service on two occasions, Ashley will no longer get my business.”

“The dresser itself looks great, but unfortunately the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The delivery was supposed to include full assembly under the “No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly” service (clearly listed on my order confirmation), but only part of the dresser was assembled. The rest was left in boxes, and the delivery crew just said they “couldn’t assemble it” without offering much of an explanation—they dropped everything off and left.
To make matters worse, getting someone on the phone for help was a hassle in itself—automated systems, 30+ minute hold times, and being transferred multiple times across three different calls before reaching someone who could actually assist.
This isn’t the experience I expected when paying for a premium service. Still waiting for resolution and a refund of the delivery fee.”

“Arrived and the back panel was partially separated from the main frame of the dresser. The drawers are uneven so you can’t open and close them correctly. Not thrilled. Ashy is sending out a technician to “take a look” in another week. We will see what happens.”
