“I like the product. It was in one box. Assembly was required. When I ordered it was supposed to have free shipping but you guys went back and charged $115 for shipping as a separate charge. I won’t order again. I think your practices are dishonest.”

“Ordering this king bed frame from Ashley’s was an extreme headache with little to no resolution to be found. It arrived damaged the first time with wood being crushed in the corner then the replacement that was sent had multiple damages with a hole in the center and large crack expanding from the center to the right half”

“I'm loving it so far. I only had to point the delivery/setup guys in the direction of where I wanted the furniture and they did the rest. I was very impressed at their professionalism and speed in putting the set together. I only had rails and matress set before so I am loving having a headboard to lean up against at night while watching tv. It is so hard for me to decide on furniture but I am loving this set so far.
