“Price was ok for what you get, shipping great, would have given 5stars except, the straps that were stapled to the back side of the headboard were extremely hard to remove, as a matter of fact in trying to remove them the center board strip pulled off and I had to glue it back on. I was very disappointed that it appears to be cheaply made, we’ll see how long before it starts falling apart.”

“I love the bed. I bought it for 13 year old son to match his dressers and the finish is a perfect match! I purchased an high end mattress set and that allowed him to get more height for the bed. The only thing that I dislike about the bed is the very thin and cheap slacks. I am going to purchase additional slacks for the bed from Home Depot to give it more support. I hope that Ashley considers adding more sturdy slacks to its bedding. I bought another queen bed from Ashley about 5 years ago and noticed that the slacks for that bed is also very then and cheap.
I would give the bed five stars if the slacks were not thin, flimsy, and insufficient for the frame size.”

I ended cutting some 1x6 to beef up the support. it is difficult to move given the way the posts are, you will want 2 people or have slidders.”

“It is nice and pretty to look at, but the foot board has a squeak or a quack where the two pieces of wood meet. A gentleman at the local Ashley store said a piece of felt, like the kind on furniture feet protectors put in the space where they meet might work. My husband thinks as the wood acclimates it might stop. Other people have suggested a bar of soap rubbed on it might help.”
