“We ordered this nightstand online after talking to Anna Marie Casey in our local store. Anna Marie is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The nightstand is just what we wanted. It matches the chest of drawers that Anna Marie helped us purchase in store a couple of weeks ago. We will definitely be back for any future furniture needs.”

“Beautiful just as I’d seen it in the store and two of them delivered with no damage from my online order. My experience with Ashley stores was that the customer service was lacking during the times I have been in two different stores in different states. I was happy to be able to go online and place my own order and have the nightstands delivered to my house. They came within a couple of days of ordering. Very pleased.”

“It said “delivers in 3-4 weeks” now it’s saying it will deliver in 6… how about an update when it gets pushed back instead of making me call to find out??
Was going to buy a mattress as well and the sales person made it clear “I’m trying to make a couple sales before I go home” she could care a less about selling the the right mattress just wants to make some money. I’m happy to buy from someone getting commission so long as they actually try to sell us the right product.”
I went to a local mom and pop furniture store and they did it right, no pressure just happy to answer questions. I’m not one to write bad reviews but my lord it was so evident Ashley didn’t care about what we actually needed and the local shop provided me constant updates. Safe to say shop local, not someone who’s just trying to collect a check by selling you the most expensive thing they possibly can.”
