“I’m not pleased with Headboard. My mattress doesn’t fit. I am returning it and have to come in to the store to find one that fits. I want platform type to sit mattress on. I need for store to come and get this bed frame from my home. And refund me so I can get one that fits. Thanks!”

A Beautiful Bed But One Major Problem

“This bed looks nice but should not be called a platform bed.The slats are not strong enough for a hybrid mattress, which we have on two other beds in our home. With two adults in the bed, the mattress folded inwards - we jokingly called it the taco bed after zero sleep for the night. I should have read the reviews because I see that others have said that the slats are not made to hold a mattress. It needs a box spring or some sort of support. I ordered a box frame from Amazon and hope it will fit into the space between the slats. I think the slats should be made out of a stronger material, or you need to advertise as needing a box spring.”

“The bed is nice and solid. We paid to have it put together. Two screws that show at the bottom of the bed are different and definitely stand out. The two insallers said that was what came in the box. Did not offer any solution. They missed a screw in the handle of one drawer which came loose a few days after delivery. I replaced and repaired. For the price of the bed and install it was disappointing. Don’t think I will purchase from Ashley in the future.”

Tall Bed, Beautiful Finish

“I bought this a few months back and my husband and I love this bed! The only negative thing I have to say is that it is TALL. I am short, about 5'1", and getting into this bed almost requires me to take a running start to literally JUMP into bed lol. Other than that, the frame is gorgeous. Very beachy/rustic vibes and just really looks put together. We had a frame from Ikea before and when we upgraded to this, we felt very luxe. I would recommend this frame to anyone. I will say, when they install it, be sure to FULLY inspect it. We looked at it and it looked great and we were excited so we signed off, but we later noticed a chunk missing on the runner piece that connects the headboard to the foot board. It was in a spot that is not so conspicuous so we just will live with it. But it was a bummer since we spent a lot of money on it. Overall, great purchase. :)”

“The headboard is flimsy and dangerous. Do not buy this unless you want the headboard hitting the wall every time you get in the bed. No part of this bed is actual wood, it’s made of a manufactured cheap wood like product. Very low quality. I would give zero stars if it allowed me to do so.”
