On of the deeper drawers didn’t slide in and out smoothly and you could see where it comes out at the top of drawer maybe just a quarter inch or smaller but you can see it. I’m sure it’s covered under warranty but we have to pull it out from wall to see serial number. Other than that the colors are great. They seem sturdy.”

“This dresser is nice and spacious, bigger than expected. The quality is pretty good and comes assembled besides the hardware. One of the bottom drawers came out of alignment, but should be able to fix on our own. The delivery person dropped it off upside down and it's not easy to move on our own, so that was difficult since there isn't much to hold onto since the top and bottom are a seemless design. Other than that, it looks and works great.”

“Horrible shipping and customer service. I paid $99 to have this delivered and set up and they set up the broken drawers and said nothing they could do and left. I had to wait for another individual to come out to inspect the broken drawers even though I sent them the pictures of them clearly damaged. He said he would have new drawers shipped out and we explained we weren’t moving into the house in a different state until October and they had them shipped in September with no notice so who knows what happened to the drawers sitting out in the walkway in the rain. Horrible service and impossible to speak live to someone.”

We have been told that we are unable to get a refund since this damage was not pointed out the first 72 hours of owning it. Well, obviously this would not be present after 1-2 times using it. Very poor quality— do not waste your money.”
