“Ordered bed and mattress, bed arrived in a timely manner but boxes arrived they were all torn up. Three weeks later still no delivery date or information on the mattress. Slight damage to headboard of bed, hardware missing from bed rails. Was willing to over look the slight damage, just wanted all the hardware for bed rails so we could put the bed together. Called and received the replacement hardware package, but it still did not have all of the hardware needed to put the bed together (missing 12 G11 bolts). Called once again and they said they would send the missing hardware, a week later no information was received and additional hardware still had not been shipped. Got tired of dealing with it, requested to cancel order.”

“Our Salesman at Ashley told us this was backordered 6 weeks, after we completed our three room furniture purchase. Due to this, we went on-line and ordered it to be shipped after
June 16. Sadly we receive a notice the next day that this bed was coming the next day to our new residence that we had not taken possession of. Three frustrating days later, the only response from Ashley on-line or our salesman was “ we can’t do anything”
This is where I first learned that neither Ashley nor Mathis will respond to any request, even when grossly double billing for services.”
